I watched this guy blow through the show season in 2015 and 2016, championship after championship. A modern grey outshining a typically highly competitive grey class to win over and over again - thirteen times! He won championship classes with 40+ animals in them!!

His birth farm, Faraway Farm Alpacas, described him like so: "From the day he was born, we knew this boy was exceptional with his tightly curled popcorn fleece that was gray on the inside and consistently fine, long stapled and with crimp down his legs and under his belly. It wasn’t until his first shearing that his color was fully revealed: a rich dark rose gray."

Sired by the amazing Futurity Champion, Crystal Spartan the 2010 Futurity Brown Male Color Champion winner. His dam, Quarry Ridge Marimba, is a Champion herself and has produced champion offspring. Silver Lining has inherited outstanding characteristics from outstanding parents.
